We only have great things to say about our time working with Mike. We were looking for a home in Kailua for about 4 months, and as the other reviews stated, he is knowledgeable about the area, and was able to quickly identify things worth considering (good and bad) about each of the properties we looked at. Every situation is unique, and Mike was quick to get to know our quirks. What sets Mike apart from an average experience is the very personal and genuine nature when dealing not only with you, but with others. We just closed on a house, and he helped us through the process. I think many real estate professionals can do that part, however, Mike has gone above and beyond and helped set us up in a community.
