My parents (in their 80s and having decided to sell the only house they've ever lived in to move into a retirement community) decided to use Micheal Olear and his team following a recommendation from a number of their friends as well as the retirement home's familiarity with Michael. My brothers and I do not live in Williamsville anymore, and therefore were helping my parents remotely. Michael and his team were fantastic to work with - always available to answer our questions or those from my parents, as well as patient and professional in their interactions with my parents and us. We felt that Michael has a very good feel for the market, and ultimately my parents' house sold for a very good price within a very reasonable amount of time. We would recommend Michael Olear and his team without hesitation.
