Proactive, professional and great communication
Michael was professional since the first day, was always proactive at searching for multiple options in the areas we requested but also suggested other areas that met our needs. He has always been flexible in scheduling and was always realistic about what we could get within our budget. He also recommended people for the services we needed (inspectors, plumbers…). He was always quick to address any questions or concerns and direct them to the right contact person. Highly recommend, 5 out of 5 stars. In the future if we sell and decide to buy another house I will definitely work with him again.
