"Mike was highly recommended by a good friend of ours. Once we were informed of his prior military service (we are a military family), his personal story, and the friendliness he offered, we were sold on Mike being our guy. We came to learn of Mike's wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and overall quality of service once we began to work with him. He treated us like his own family and made himself available for anything we had questions or concerns about. The best part of the whole experience was how hands on Mike was and the fact that we knew the facts regarding home buying process from each step, thanks to Mike. Everything mentioned above suites Mike perfectly. He was always on time (early in fact), understanding of our needs, humble, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and guided us through the process. We had this understanding of what homes we would put an offer based on a scale of 1-5 (4 .5 to 5 being the homes we put offers on). He made the process smoothe. Mike knew my husband and I interest, likes, and demeanor based off what the information we gave him and paying attention to detail. I could give him a look and he would already know whether I liked the home or didn't. It made us feel truly listened to and valued. Mike graciously changed our lives the day we met him.
