He was so patient and took time to explain the process to her since this was the first time she was buying. We decided to list our home and Michael was willing and available to sit down with us and discuss the process. Mike was headed out of town for vacation, but before he left he made sure that our home was his priority. In his absence he assigned his staff to attend the inspection and he was always available by phone for questions or concerns. He didn’t miss a beat while being gone and escrow was so smooth, no glitches, no surprises. We never felt out of the loop because Mike gave us a timeline of events to follow during that 30 days.
