Michael went above and beyond what most realtors would do. Example: once I realized my purchase was a co op I was not interested but Michael investigated the property and found it was not your typical co op. The land had no lease and the corporation that I was buying into owned the land as well. The property was listed as a condo/co op. Once he explained to me that they were so close to a condo conversion but did not complete that process I was very comfortable closing on my new home. Even Gibraltar Title when doing my closing complimented Michael to me for his always being on top of things and it was a pleasure to deal with Michael.
