Mr Cooper was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My husband and I were very comfortable with him as our agent.He was very knowledgeable about the area and knew what we needed to do. Michael went above and beyond. He made sure all the paperwork was correct before submitting it. He even facilitated the closing to ensure both parties were very aware of the date so it would go off without a hitch. He is extremely knowledgeable about Lake Keowee and has gotten us in touch with other companies to help with the building process and in getting a dock.

Michael was at least the third or fourth realtor I engaged to sell this lot and the others didn't get anything accomplished. Mike got the job done, so I can't say enough about his efforts.
