We are from California and had absolutely no clue about the area other than that we had friends that lived there and we spent a couple of weeks in Delray Beach at a vacation rental. We instantly fell in love and I called the most local real estate company I could identify and connected with Michael. We saw a few things with him so that he could get a feel of our vibe and headed back to California. We looked at homes from 3,000 miles away -- dozens of them -- and kept an excel grid we both updated with home info and photos. Once we had zero'd in on neighborhoods, esthetics, and price range, we flew back to Florida and Michael took us to 12 homes in one day and voila! We put in an offer, it was accepted, and we flew back to California. Michael introduced us to everyone -- the mortgage broker, inspectors, contractors...you name it. Three weeks later, we flew back and closed! He was so incredibly patient, empathetic, intuitive, thoughtful, and consultative. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end.
