Excellence for the Seller and Buyer
Michael has been a delight to work with. He was very quick to answer our questions, call back if he wasn't available at the moment, and very helpful on filling out the digital paperwork. We feel that he suggested a great asking price that didn't scare anyone away, nor leave us disappointed in the price we received. The sale was posted quickly with an offer made within a week and sold, with final papers side in just over one month. We are extremely satisfied with the job Michael did for us.
