We had a condo we were selling, and he was with us every step of the way. He did a wonderful job listing our condo, the pictures and description of the property were beautiful. We did have to previous offers and one contract that fell through because of the HOA, and even in a slow market we are able to sell in 2 months and we got our asking price!
