Michael was actually the agent on the seller's side when I bought this house, and was so impressed by how he handled things that I remembered his name when it came time for me to also sell it. Purchasing a new construction home was fast and easier than expected and didn't even cross my mind until working with Mike. Not to mention that he will apply a portion of his commission that's applied toward your closing costs just for having him as your Agent! It doesn't stop there Folks. You become a part of his family-community-group of other customers which is a good way to meet new friends and stay in contact from all the great events he plans for the group!
