For example, when the first sale of out home fell apart, Michael suggested we take it off the market through the holiday season. We did that, and when the home went back on the market in early Spring, it sold in less than two weeks, and at our asking price. His attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the inspections which went off flawlessly under his stewardship. He made the sale and move an easy transition for us and we are endlessly grateful.

He knows a ton about houses and saved us from getting attached to homes in poor condition. We quickly developed a very friendly but professional rapport which made looking for a home when there wasn't a lot of inventory fun. Michael was appropriately encouraging when we were discouraged.
