We loved working with Michael. His advice was right on point in every instance. For example, when the first sale of out home fell apart, Michael suggested we take it off the market through the holiday season. We did that, and when the home went back on the market in early Spring, it sold in less than two weeks, and at our asking price. His attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the inspections which went off flawlessly under his stewardship. He made the sale and move an easy transition for us and we are endlessly grateful.

Michael was hugely helpful in our search for a new home. We started out with a meeting over coffee talking about what we wanted, yes, but we also learned a ton from Michael about types of houses in the area as well as features to keep in mind for resale value. He knows a ton about houses and saved us from getting attached to homes in poor condition. Michael was always incredibly prompt in his communication, thorough in his explanations, and respectful of our time, preferences, and privacy. We quickly developed a very friendly but professional rapport which made looking for a home when there wasn't a lot of inventory fun. Michael was appropriately encouraging when we were discouraged. When we found the perfect house, he advised us well and we got it. We would recommend Michael highly!
