Michael is the founder of The Clemente Team and leads DeSimone Real Estate’s Westchester market as Vice President of Sales and Business Development. With a decade of real estate experience, he also helps oversee the company's ongoing expansion efforts into residential and commercial real estate development.
In his prior role, Michael served as Leasing Manager for one of the largest real estate developers in the world, Related Companies, where he was responsible for growing their luxury leasing division in NYC. He was recognized as Related’s top agent 5-years straight (2016-2021), for achieving the highest closing percentage and generating the most net revenue (per sq-ft) in the portfolio. This opportunity gave him deeper insight into the overall real estate market, operations within shared/owned commercial spaces, and development.
Before entering the world of real estate, he started in finance at JP Morgan, in the Alternative Investment Services space. There he serviced private equity and hedge fund clients, along with their investors.
Michael’s background in finance, where he acquired his strategic and analytical skills, coupled with his desire to work with people and passion for real estate, gives him a unique advantage over your average real estate agent.
