I have always been skeptical of real estate agents. Why would you surrender such a large part of your proceeds for somethinhg you can do yourself? But when I tried to market my house myself, the offers I received were disappointing. I asked Mike for advice, and he told me that I was shooting myself in the foot by seeking cash offers.
