I had the pleasure of working with Michael as my broker when moving from the UK to New York. I was on a tight timescale and Michael arranged visits to a number of apartments and closed the deal with a single day! And much more than that, Michael with no request helped me with furniture, utilities and all of those things that you need and took great care to make sure I was looked after; he even personally took me and helped me sort furniture and so forth, well beyond his remit and took a huge amount of pain away from what normally is a stressful organisational hazard!
