He had back up buyers / offers He seemed to be ahead of City (silly) Hall on what was required to keep the process moving In more than 10 real estate transactions in S Fla in the last 15 years, he is the first realtor to make it painless.
Michael was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped us with suggesting home improvement projects to prep for sale. He then suggested a very competitive market price for which we received multiple offers for a quick sale. He also provided staging furniture at his expense. Michael assisted is resolving permitting issues and suggested reputable contractors for performing the repairs. He is experienced in both selling and renovating homes and has been the best realtor that I have had the pleasure of working with. His calm demeanor helped when problems arose. He will be the realtor for my next home purchase and sale.
Mike is the most amazing person and realitor! I needed an apartment to rent asap and he showed me around and got a contract signed and put together within 3 days! He knows Fort Lauderdale like the back of his hand and led me to areas that he knew would be safe and perfect for what I was looking for.
