Having a decent amount of experience in real estate, I was looking for someone who had expertise knowledge of the city- good streets, streets to avoid and up incoming areas- Max nailed it. I was also selling an investment property and he went above and beyond helping with contractors and dealing with tenants and everything in between. I would absolutely recommend and use him again in the future!
