Michael maintained prompt communication with me, and was knowledgeable in most aspects of the selling process. He effectively listed the price of the house whereby it went into contract within 1 week. A valuable lesson was learned regarding the sale of homes which were built prior to 1938, and all agents as well as attorneys should make their clients aware of these issues at time of contract, and not at time of closing.
