From the very first day my husband and I met Mike Brown we were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the business. We knew he was the best person to help us sell our home in Mission Viejo. He held open houses on a level I have never seen before. He followed up with agents and potential buyers, and got us the best possible deal. We have not had to worry about one thing through this process. This was by far the BEST experience we've had! He sold the condo in 4 days and it stayed in escrow. He showed expertise in handling everything. He has lots of insight in the LOCAL marketplace. I cannot say enough great things about Mike Brown. My husband and I were not quite ready to buy a new home yet, but happened to browse online and found a condo that got our attention, and was still in the early stages of construction. We went to the open house and completely fell in love. I reached out to Mike because my husband and I don’t know much about the real estate industry and wanted someone to oversee all transactions and interactions throughout the entire process. The day we decided to make our offer Mike immediately got involved. He met with us and the property’s selling agent and walked us through signing the initial documents. He helped us with negotiations as he knew what would items would be the most appropriate for us to ask for. As new construction goes, there were a lot of delays. Mike stayed on top of emailing the selling agent and builder, CC-ing us on all emails, asking for updates with the construction and for the newest timeline estimates. With what should’ve been a very stressful time for my husband and I, Mike’s help and input took all of my stress away. It was great having someone on our side making sure things didn’t get missed and that we were kept informed with any new developments. He worked closely with our lender which helped eliminate the use of me as a middleman. He made all transitions from the builder to the lender to the selling agent, to getting our keys as smooth and easy as imaginable. Mike is honest, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and a true pleasure to work with. He even put some of his commission towards our closing costs which was just above and beyond generous.
