Mike went out of his way to meet with me in a timely manner and although the first house didn’t work out, the second house couldn’t have worked out better. I highly recommend Mike! He treated me like family. 💛

Mike was the consummate professional throughout the entire process from beginning to end. He accepted our tight turn around of having a property under contract with only Tens days time available due a like kind exchange deadline. He showed us several properties and made two trips to Ellicottville from his home base which was 65 miles away to show us around. He was there for the denials on our proposals and finally with a successful closure. Mike also was able to refer us to a real estate attorney that took our challenging circumstances and to get us closed in a timely fashion. He was also able to work with the town on some permitting issue that came up. He was persistent and in the end found us a winter retreat that fit our needs. Is is nice to know that there are still real estate professionals out there that put the buyers and sellers needs first and not focused on their commissions. Will be using Mike again and will gladly refer friends and family to him.
