Michael helped us sell our home in Glencoe after we had moved out of state and it had been a rental for several years. Aside from being a genuinely nice guy, he's a great communicator, honest, and tells it like it is. He's hands-on and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make this sale happen. Because we weren't on site, he met with contractors on our behalf, fixed many things himself (!), continually checked on the house during heavy rains when it was unoccupied, and advised us on a thousand matters. We had long-term tenants in the house, and he was very sensitive to minimizing intrusions and was always present during showings. He knows the market and has strong relationships with other agents. We highly recommend his services!
Our experience with Michael was excellent. He came to our first meeting at the property very well prepared with information regarding the property and options for selling or renting out. He was well acquainted with the area and his background in the building trade was also an asset. His enthusiasm and personality, coupled with his insight and knowledge of real estate, made for a quick and successful sale. A couple of items that we were particularly impressed with (that our previous realtor did not do): 1. virtually staged our empty property. He did that with ease and efficiency. Made all the difference in the world! 2. did NOT do a lock box. This enabled him to be at every showing and available to address buyer/buyer's realtor concerns or questions on the spot. He knew who was coming and going at all times. 3. excellent communication as a result. We cannot recommend Michael and his team highly enough, and will definitely use him again in the future.
