I was working with one of Michael's associates on a multi-family (2 unit) deal. Things were getting a bit complicated with some repairs that would be required to bring the deal to completion. Michael stepped in to help the deal move along and to help me as the buyer to navigate the situation. Both Michael and his associate, Derek created a winning deal for both me and the sellers.
