Have been in the Mortgage business and having dealt with many Realtors in the past I will say Michael Boyd is one of the best in the business. I was looking to move to San Antonio and found Michael Boyd. This purchase was an out of state off site purchase to buy a new home. Michael was nothing but stellar the entire process. He was patient, understanding and sensitive to my needs and ofter times a little frustration at not being able to find a home right away. Michael did not give up and we finally landed the property I purchased We had some challengers along the way with the sellers agent not doing her due diligence or being proactive to get the purchase done and Michael handled these challenges like a true professional. One this that stood out in particular is that Michael ALWAYS answered his phone. He may have said he needed to call me back but he always answered. This is a huge thing with me, especially in todays era where customer service can be, and tends to be very lacking. He was patient, kind and understanding the entire process. As many times as I spoke with him he never once came across as if I was bothering him, and sometimes the calls ended up being later in the evening when he should have been doing other things like relaxing. Michael is a great negotiators and truly understands how the process work. There was a couple times he had to talk me down due to the sellers agent frankly not doing her job.
