When we had signed, the seller and their agent ran into some issues and seemed to not be cooperating and just as we thought the deal was about to fall through, Mike went above and beyond to fix the issues on the seller side and make sure we closed. It was not his job to do but he went ahead and did it. I will definitely be in contact with Mike for any future real estate transactions.
