Mr. Bohr always had his information correct and timely for the various situations we encountered. Example: He was very effective in his communication of the various prices of the home. There were many changes and circumstances with a new patio roof, a new electric control box, and other corrections that we had to complete and he was very informative and gave good direction.
We needed to move out before the house was listed. Mike took care of several issues that came up, handling them expertly. His preparation and his pricing advise were excellent. Fast sale at a good price. No problems. A true professional.
This was my first time purchasing a home, and Michael did a great job from start to finish helping me through the process.
