Let me start off this review by saying that our home buying experience was anything but easy, to no fault of our realtor at all, but he took everything in stride. It started off great. We submitted an offer and it was accepted soon after and we were very happy, as was our realtor, Michael. Unfortunately, after about 2 and 1/2 months, that deal fell through and we were left having to look for a new home for our family. Michael didn't miss a beat. During our first round, he showed us houses even though he wasn't even our original realtor. He was honest with us and I learned so much from him about the market and septic systems and housing in general, that I knew when we had to start over again we would ask him to be our realtor once again. On the second round, he was just as happy to help us find our home, and showed us a wide variety of houses that we requested, always getting back to us right away and always being on good terms with the other realtor. Honestly, during the process, it seemed like everybody knew Michael. He even recommended our lender, and that experience was pretty seamless as well. I recommend Michael Bohdan without reservation to anybody who is looking to buy a home. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his clients.
