There have been so many crazy loops and hangups with this house - pipe leak and plumber visits, getting people excited about high-end real estate in once-flooded anything-but high-end condition, mitigation, battling with insurance/appraisers/lawyer, encumbrance, lien releases, figuring out whether to sell as-is or repair, clearing out the house, and issue with our financial institution plus their partner that initially hindered transfer of payment. And then there's working with four family members of different personalities through the whole process. You had a mess to deal with and kept things moving forward. You have been patient with our unusual situation and also a huge help in moving things as quickly as possible. Much of what came at us was well out of the realm of your responsibility, but you never hesitated to help figure things out yourself or connect us with people so we could navigate through and solve problems.
