He won our business over two others because of his outstanding credentials, strong communication and team of great professionals. Our 104 year old home needed major repairs so he helped us develop a plan based on his knowledge of construction due to his father’s 40 year building career. This increased our selling price by $50,000 over Michael’s original estimate. His technology was heads above others that helped attract qualified buyers through viewing our Virtual House Tour and high end brochure. His assistant Jillian was incredible especially at writing marketing materials. We had a few issues before closing that was extremely stressful but Michael always remained calm, patient and confident, which was enormously helpful. His rapid response to email, text or phone calls exceeded our expectations. He loved our house and knew how to market it. It all paid off when we accepted a full price offer on the fifth day and in the process we gained a friend. Obviously, we highly recommend Michael.

Michael was great! He drove my husband and parents around on two separate occasions to help us find a rental when we first moved to Minnesota. Then, when we couldn't be in Red Wing to see another rental, he drove there to look at it for us! A year later, we went back to Michael when looking to buy a house.
