Michael Barnhart was a pleasure to work with both in buying my investment property & him renting out the two apartments. He is truly a professional. He answered all my concerns in a timely fashion & always delivered on what he promised. I made it clear to him that I was looking for a two family house in Jersey City Heights & explained the price range. He found the house I ended up buying in the prestigious Western Slope area. He also after I had the house refurbished rented the apartments. He took care of the leases as well. I recommend him highly.
