When it comes to home purchases, we can admit that my husband and I were not the easiest customers to please. Added to that, we were looking for a Southern California home while still living in Washington State. Our requirements and price points caused Michael to patiently take us through dozens of virtual home tours. In the midst of that, he was attentive, responsive, and was always ready to remove any personal or technical stumbling blocks that would hinder all aspects of the negotiation process.
