I can't say enough nice things about working with Michael. We were able to find a home that was in our price range and perfect for us. Mr. Atkinson made himself available when it was convenient for my wife and I - and he learned our preferences/what we were looking for immediately (The man has a sixth sense about these things)! About a month after moving into our home Michael came through for us in a big way in helping with an escrow issue. He really went above and beyond in this instance and resolved the issue quickly - something that I'm not convinced a different realtor would have done. With the personal attention, availability, and work ethic that Michael beings to the table, I feel very strongly about recommending him to anyone looking for a home!
