Michael Aronski

I honestly cannot say enough about Mike Aronski and the Aronski Property Group. This purchase started out great. Our offer was accepted and it was off to closing, or so we thought. The home was a tenant occupied property and quickly became a nightmare with too many twists and turns to relay here on this review. The contract to purchase was signed and accepted by the seller in mid November 2020 and the house finally closed on April 6, 2021. Mike never gave up, never let a phone call, text or email go unanswered and even played a private eye to get to the bottom of this very complex and convoluted purchase. The stories we could and do tell about this purchase all have Mike as the guy who saved the day! As a buyer in this market you think the agent doesn't really have to do thing but open the door and show you the house. The reality is, this market is so very competitive you need a creative and tenacious realtor on your team to win your deal. We had that with Mike. When the deal was accepted he didn't walk away, Mike continued to work with escrow, the loan broker, the seller and lots of others all while keeping us updated and in the loop. When the deal was unraveling and we were losing hope Mike kept positive kept working behind the scenes to make sure we closed. Would we use Mike again? YES!! Would we refer Mike Aronski? YES, YES!! Thank you Mike, your dedication, integrity, dogged determination and the ability to be yourself (maybe even a bit goofy at times, and I mean that is a good way) make you very special. We enjoyed every moment with you! I look forward to watching you achieve your goals and then surpassing them. The sky is the limit!
