About Michael

Prior to moving to Nevada, I lived in Northern California and attended the University of California at Davis. I followed my family to Winnemucca, Nevada in 1986 and have resided here for the past 38 years. I spent the first 18 years in restaurant management, before transitioning to real estate in 2003. I worked as a real estate agent for another local real estate agency the first 10 years, before acquiring my broker’s license in 2013, at which time I opened the real estate office RE/MAX Great Basin Realty. I also served 13 years on the Nevada Association of Realtors board of directors, protecting the rights of real property owners and realtors. I am married with three children, ranging in age from 22 years up to 29 years old. In my spare time, I like to coach youth sports (baseball, football, and soccer), as well as giving back to the community as an active member of the local Rotary Club and Duck Unlimited chapters. Over the years I have learned the importance of outstanding customer service, integrity, and community, to which being a Realtor I constantly strive to excel in all of the above. I service Winnemucca, Nevada and the Tri-County areas (Humboldt, Pershing, and Lander County). I specialize in residential, commercial, relocation and REO sales. I base my success as a real estate broker on the strong relationships I build, and my exceptional knowledge of the area and the local real estate market. My mission is to provide an exceptional and positive real estate experience for all of my clients.
