Ideal for Out of State Homebuyers - More than just a Real Estate Agent

We knew we wanted to buy in The Grand for several years and were just waiting for the right home. The right home happened to come up when we were unable to come into town to handle things locally. Michael really went above and beyond, not just with the real estate aspects of things (of which he was phenomenally thorough), but also with resources for everything from HVAC to the pool to the roof to the painting and even cleaning.
