Michael and Charlene have been an amazing team. We were in the house hunting process for almost 6-7 months. With bidding wars going on in the seller's market, speed and timing is key. Their work behind the scene has been commendable. All the paperwork was fast and electronic. Being a millennial, they were able to truly understand my needs. Michael's experience in the massachusetts area is so good that i ended up picking my attorney and a local mortgage lender through his network. I did shop a lot but i received the cheapest interest rate through his network. Michael presented with very innovative ways of putting offers and i learned a lot in the process. All i can say is that they worked through the entire saturday afternoon till late evening over the weekend, to prepare and send the offer that finally ended up being my dream home.
Recently purchased a condo in Lynn Ma. My son had worked with Michael in purchasing his condo in W. Roxbury and highly recommended Michael. Michael did a great job in helping us purchase the condo we wanted, he was always available, did a great job in negotiating with the seller to get the price down to the price that we wanted to pay.
