Micha sent me a CMA that was extremely thorough, however, when he visited my home he immediately increased what the value of my home was worth. He has always been timely in getting in touch with me and keeping me up to date with the ongoing selling process.

In a crazy time like this of bidding over list price, Micha was still very patient with us because we were not going to offer over list price, ever. He never tried to talk us into it, even though it would have helped his commission. He knows the area exceptionally well. He was always available. He helped us buy 3 houses within the last year, 2 of them none of us thought we would get. He is the master!

Micha was a fantastic person to work with he was fun & made the entire experience enjoyable. I feel he went above and beyond finding my perfect home. He paid attention to what I liked in homes we viewed and when my home came on the market he contacted me and said we need to go look at this one you’re really going to like it & he was so right. He was also extremely helpful finding a lender. At no time did I feel pressure or that I wasn’t Micha’s top priority. I am a 1st time home buyer so the extra work he put in was much appreciated. I had dealt with other realtors who really didn’t want to look for properties because my budget wasn’t high dollar.
