My family and I were very pleased to work with Micah throughout the buying process. We were looking for a new home and needed someone who was honest, understanding, patient, and hardworking. The home buying process can be a rough; we found out the hard way. We were interested in two different houses but unfortunately someone with a cash offer walked in to each realty offices and walked out with a house after we had verbal offers (not Micah's fault at all. Unless the seller has integrity, cash is king in this business). My wife and I were discouraged at that point but it didn't stop Micah. I can remember that he looked me and told me "Don't worry about it. We're going to find you a better home for your family." He shook my hand and went off to continue working on finding us a place. A couple days later he gives me a call and tells me there is a place we should see. We instantly fell in love with the house that he showed us that day. It was better than the other two houses and in a better neighborhood as well. So, we started the process and now we are in our new home. Absolutely love it. Micah knew what we were looking for and was able to deliver a house that I am proud to raise my family in. Micah is a hard worker and is willing to drop anything he is doing to serve his clients. He wants nothing less than getting you the best. He has great relationships with the law offices, other realtors, money lenders, and people in the community. He does his best at trying to understand what you need but he does it in a way that values who you are. If we were to do this entire process over again, we would work with Micah. Hands down.
