I am NOT an email connected person, so he was nice enough to text me every time he sent one throughout the whole process, whether it required a signature or otherwise, which was very often and was also very appreciated. Met him in person for the first time shortly after closing to collect keys, garage door openers etc. and it was a big hug and 'thank you' moment! I would definitely recommend him to anyone...
