This woman right here. If i won the lottery even years later she getting a cut. This woman was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable, and resourceful. She should be the only realtor allowed in NC but at the same time I wouldnt want her stressed or overworked. I doubt ill buy another house in NC, but would forever recommended her if someone needs a realtor recommendation. I loved her and she was great to work with.

Mia by far has been the best agent to work with. With the market the way it is she has been able to answer my calls and schedule a house viewing same day every time I found a house I was interested in. When I placed a bid, she ensured the offer was well written and would diligently look over the paperwork making sure there was no clause for error. She worked with me throughout the entire purchase process and would update me as soon as anything would change. It's been over a week since I closed, and she still has checked in making sure I was taken care of even after her job was done. Mia answered the phone every time I called and replied diligently every time I texted. I am not exactly the easiest customer to handle but even through all of my particularities she was patient and gave my family more care than we deserved.
