I took a little time to write this review as I was in-between homes. Once I settled into my new home I wanted to sit down and write this review of the exceptional job Ms. Hall did for my wife and myself. In the negation and terms set for this home. In my search I wanted a newer home but not so new that it has vinyl siding, something of a personal preference. I needed a home that felt like a ranch but gave me a basement as well as upstairs space. (Cape Cod was the purchase floor plan) Mia set a few apt’s and later developed an understanding of my taste. In a few short weeks she zeroed in on a few homes and everyone I liked, it was just a matter of where and how much I wanted to spend. Mia was neither pushy nor gave you any feeling that you were rushed. Always professional and took her time. If I wanted to go back she would just say ok, but behind the scenes I later learned to took a lot of effort and negation and a little sternness so I am sure other real estate agents probably think she is difficult but that is just her making sure she put her client first and she gets it done. I think she has a sign that says something like Mia sell homes or something but that sign should read I make this happen with my clients above everything. Professional Only communicates in yes or let me see if I can get that done Pushed other nonprofessional Agents to do what’s in the best interest Executes what’s is asked with a no excuse attitude Speaks in very few words Does not influence clients , she just let’s the conversation flow and just executes I believe MIA sells all priced homes but her professionalize leads me to believe that her main clientele is either commercial or in the 500k and above. I am just glad that I met her and she helped me move into my new home.
I was a property investor and as with all investments I am always moving or selling property. In the case of the 4 to 5 houses she sold for me I had a very specific request. 1. No signs out front 2. Investor property because I did not want to displace my tenants 3. View the property when the Tenants were home 4. Interview the tenants once the deal was 70% done to make sure they would transfer the Lease agreement Mia was able to accommodate my request as well as sell the property quickly (less than 3 months). She made everything very communicable via apps or websites it was rarely that I had to disrupt my schedule in order to sale the properties. Every time I had a showing she used some program that kept me informed. I was very pleased and would use her again. I actually asked her to find me a new residence and my only ask was something she knows I would like. I think she is a great agent and very capable of working with people with specific needs. I can’t explain how hard it is to find an agent that can understand a customer’s needs and present property that would fit a specific lifestyle but MIA does this with ease. Was very happy with the recommendation to enlist her services.
Ms Mia Hall is the epitome of a Real Estate Professional, She kept me informed throughout the sales process. Mia answered my questions and responded to my calls in a prompt manner. As a Seller agent I could not have had a better person. She was the conduit between myself and the buyer and his agent. She also help manage the closing process between myself and the Title Company. This was crucial since I am a seller located in another state. I highly recommend Ms Hall to anyone who is looking for an agent that gets the job done, in a professional manner.
