I interviewed seven real estate agents in Mariposa in May 2020 (someone from every office in town). Mia Gloor is head-and-shoulders above the others. She is proactive in making sure there is constant communication, diligent in digging out all the little details that make the process go smooth, professional in every way, and just an awesome person to work with - you really feel her enthusiasm every time you talk. Mia easily got me 20k-25k more for my house than I expected!.... One experience really stands out for me: When I tried to sell my house myself, after interviewing the realtors, I called each of them to let them know that I was going to try and list it myself first. I assured them that I would pay the buyer's commission if they brought a buyer, which they had all told me they had many as the foothills area is hot right now. In the two weeks I listed my house Mia was the only person to show it. She showed it eight times!
