We had an incredible purchasing experience with Win Win Realty. My wife and I live in Texas and needed to buy a condominium in midtown Atlanta. Since we are out of town, Mrs. Song took the initiative to perform the initial viewing for all the condos we were interested in. She has a very good sense of style and provided sensible advice as we viewed the homes. She alerted us of potential issues with the view in some of the high rise condos due to construction of other new high rise apartments nearby. Mrs. Song knows when it is best to pay full price and when there is room for negotiating. Her price negotiating method provided a deep discount off of the price of our condo.
