Merry and I met about five years ago when I was playing with the idea of a move. We decided to stay put, but I remembered her and vowed to work with her when we did decide to move. In March 2013, she sold a house to my daughter Britt. A month later, she sold one a block away to my daughter Courtney. My husband was in a serious accident, and I needed to buy a ranch immediately, so Merry helped us with our move in October 2013. She listed and sold our previous home in 2014. The same year, she represented my daughter Danielle on the purchase of a new home and sale of her existing residence, and Courtney's in-laws bought a house through Merry.

If actions speak louder than words, this should give you a sense of my confidence in Merry. All of us found exactly the homes we were looking for in a very difficult market, thanks to Merry's professionalism, never-ending availability, knowledge of the market (including the habits and likely offers from competing realtors), and unfailing cheerfulness. Merry has won every award possible, and earned some that haven't been developed yet. She is an amazing negotiator, but uses a common sense approach. She won't promise you the moon and then leave you on the launch pad.

My sense is that other realtors respect Merry so much that they lean toward working with her because they know the deals will go through without a lot of negativity. I recommend her without reservation.
