I had the pleasure of working with Merry Santoso when I needed to find a tenant for my vacant property in the heart of Irvine. Merry was very knowledgeable about the local area and provided great recommendation on what the rent should be. In addition she was very courteous and gave me daily updates of what's going on so I had peace of mind. Finally she took care of all the paperwork and used up to date software for signing, which sped up the process and made it very convenient for me. I would definitely love to work with Merry Santoso again for any real estate transaction in the future as she provided top notch service.

In a very competitive situation, we felt that we were well represented and had all of the necessary information and positioning to be successful in our search.
