The home we purchased, we did not see the 1st time with Merrilyn, it was another agent from another realeter, and we were not pleased with her professionalism. We looked at other homes but returned to the one Merrilyn was selling, I contacted Merrilyn explaining what we did and if she was interested in selling my home, she came out to measure and took one front picture, told us she would give us a week to prepare the home for pictures, and Merrilyn contacted me Sunday night and wanted to show Monday, I said we were not ready and make it Tuesday, we had 4 showings and an full offer Wednesday, ( but she never took pictures 😀).
