Merrill Jencks The Big Helper Team

I would never use him. We used him to sell our house and was very sorry. We took him to real estate review but they didn’t do anything. I told him we left a few things in the house and when I went back in a few hours the people were already in the house. I felt like I was being evicted from my own home. I’m still not sure how the people got the keys to get into the house so fast. He did everything fir the buyer but did not protect us the seller. Terrible experience I will never forget

Merrill took us to dozens of houses (because we were so indecisive) and was patient through all our questions (even though we probably asked the same ones over and over again).
