Fantastic Experience!

Merrill was a pleasure to work with on our long search for a second home. We had to do most everything remotely as we lived several hours away. As such, most of the walk throughs were virtual and we trusted her entirely with being our eyes. She was always very comprehensive. We started out looking for more of an investment rental property and she was able to provide great insight into potential rental value and the positives/negatives of each location. After looking into dozens of places, our focused changed to more of a second home in a completely different area, and she easily adapted with us. Then, after finally finding something, she was a huge help in navigating through some financing/lender issues that came up along the way. I would highly recommend Merrill!
