She was able to take issues in stride for example when the sewer main broke while we were trying to close and she managed to still get the house sold in impressive timing. Her network of people made preparing to get the house sold very smooth and if we needed anyone's assistance she knew someone who was able to help. She was a huge help and I don't know how we would have gotten our house sold for so much without her assistance.
