Met Merri in March 2009 when we contacted her to show us some real estate listings. Even though we did not purchase at that time due to our vacation ending, Merri gained an insight to our taste and desired locations. In April 2009 she helped us buy a condo in Fort Myers, sight unseen, via email to our then residence in Virginia. She did all the work and made the buying process completely professional, and easy. She again guided us in selling the condo and buying a villa in Fort Myers in January 2011. The process was again seamless, professional and easy. After being a Florida resident for a few years, we sold the villa and bought a beautiful single family home in Fort Myers, again with Merri's comprehensive guidance. It was again a completely successful process and completely to our needs and satisfaction. I've recommended many others to Merri for the purchase and selling of their homes, including my son who lives in Cambodia. He bought three units in 2011, one in Cape Coral and two in Lehigh Acres, and is doing profitabably well with them as rentals. when I lived in Tallahassee merri was very helpful in finding me a home in the right price range and area I was looking for plus merri was available to answer to questions when asked. she knows the area well and plus the not so good areas as well. when time for another home I will call merri !
